You will perform sales, merchandising and store-ops tasks, work with the Store Manager to drive sales and recruit teammates, and lead by example in customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership, training and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment, with a full-time schedule and on-site responsibilities at Cross Creek Mall.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates and conduct onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales, merchandising and basic operations tasks as assigned by store management.
• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while meeting sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting new Teammates and leading the team.
