Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests while leading sales, merchandising and daily operations. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates and may serve as Store Manager in their absence as the role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager.

• 1-3 months related retail experience preferred.
