Job summary

Buckle in Austin, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to lead sales and operations at Barton Creek Square Mall. You will work closely with the Store Manager, recruit and train Teammates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding Buckle standards.

You will drive in-store sales, manage displays, and supervise daily activities, with the potential to step in as acting Store Manager when needed. Prior leadership in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales goals in collaboration with Store Manager.
