Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager for our Post Oak Mall store in College Station, TX. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and develop a high-performing staff. This is an on-site, full-time leadership role with growth opportunities.

You will train Teammates, supervise daily operations, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding Buckle’s policies and visual standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months retail experience.
• Strong customer service, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales generation and guest service activities.
• Coach and develop teammates to meet store goals and standards.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment and training of staff.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising efforts across the store.
