Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional guest experience and lead the sales floor with strong product knowledge. The role supports the Store Manager in recruiting, coaching, and achieving store goals, while maintaining merchandising standards across departments.

Candidates should be ready to take on increasing leadership responsibilities and participate in daily operations, training, and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience or training.
• Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training and motivating teammates.
• Ensure store operations, merchandising and loss prevention practices are followed.
• Support leadership actions and training in absence of the Store Manager.
