The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in Arlington, TX to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, manage merchandising, and train teammates while taking on increasing leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include leading guest service, executing sales initiatives, and supporting recruitment, training and development of team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience a plus.
• Proven leadership and ability to train and develop teammates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Develop sales and achieve targets with Store Manager guidance.
• Recruit, train and develop new teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Oversee visual merchandising and daily store operations.
• Support Store Manager in daily leadership and coverage.
