The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in Hattiesburg, MS. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, and store operations. This role includes recruiting and developing Teammates and stepping in as Store Manager when necessary.

Building guest relationships and providing legendary service are core duties, with progression from AIT to higher responsibilities as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead sales presentations and educate teammates.
• Drive store performance through leadership and coaching.
• Recruit and develop new teammates and act as Store Manager when needed.
