Job summary

Buckle in Katy, TX is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will engage Guests, drive sales, merchandise effectively, train Teammates, recruit new teammates, and step into store leadership in the Manager's absence.

This role blends frontline service with coaching, covering opening/closing routines, loss prevention, and visual standards while developing a client-based business and delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs by suggesting additional items and wardrobe options.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share sales education with the team.
• Achieve personal sales per hour and meet sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide legendary service throughout Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register.
• Recognize recruiting opportunities and help attract top talent.
• Coach and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment of store staffing needs.
