Buckle in Texarkana is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to help deliver the company’s mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership in their absence.

Responsibilities span sales, merchandising, training and development, operations, and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience at entry level is possible.
• Willingness to train and develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities
