Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to lead guest service, coaching, and sales execution. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, train, and develop staff while ensuring exceptional customer experience across the store.

The role combines sales accountability with leadership duties, progression from AIT, and responsibilities during the absence of the Store Manager. Flexible, fast-paced retail environment expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and guest service duties to create a positive shopping experience.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment, training, and development of Teammates.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
