Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager on driving sales and delivering a premier guest experience. You will recruit, train, and coach Teammates while maintaining store standards in merchandising and operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance tracking, and ongoing staff development to ensure excellent customer service and store results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, guest service, and showroom presentation to drive top-line performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to achieve goals and manage visual standards.
