Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Vestavia Hills, AL to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and store operations tasks, work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership. Responsibilities include training teammates, maintaining visual standards, supporting loss prevention, and delivering legendary customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent
• Retail experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service
• Answer questions about store and merchandise
• Assist Guests in locating merchandise and creating outfits
• Demonstrate product knowledge and maintain knowledge of promotions
• Follow POS procedures and checkout accuracy
• Maintain clean and organized selling floor and fitting rooms
• Support leadership in training and developing Teammates
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and guest loyalty goals
