Job summary

Buckle is seeking an on-site Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager at Manhattan Town Center to lead guest service, sales and operations. You will train teammates, assist the Store Manager, and grow into leadership responsibilities with a focus on performance, coaching, and guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have high school diplomas or GED, retail experience, and strong communication. A flexible schedule and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service efforts to drive store performance.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; train in leadership playbook.
• Manage operations, scheduling, and loss prevention with Store Manager.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandise presentation and inventory control.
