Job summary

Buckle seeks a Store Assistant Manager in Riverton, UT to lead sales and guest service efforts, coordinating with the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, manage daily operations, and ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the store.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, executing training plans, and maintaining Buckle's performance standards while driving sales and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead, coach, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s sales and service standards.
• Drive store performance through sales generation, merchandising, and leadership.
• Perform responsibilities in store operations including training, scheduling, and Loss Prevention.
• Partner with Store Manager to recruit, train and develop teammates and ensure a positive floor culture.
