Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR and ASM duties.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking, and overall appearance to company standards.
• Schedule staff and manage non-discriminatory employment practices.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.

• Organize site files, reports, and maintain inventory control.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit.
