Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees per CSR/ASM roles.
• Computer literacy for reports, inventory, cash control, and notices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and promote a safe, professional store image.
• Prepare performance feedback and train employees to meet company standards.
• Communicate clearly with staff and hold regular team meetings for updates.
• Plan and organize scheduling, stock, and merchandising to maximize sales.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses; help manage budgets and margins.
• Work indoors primarily, with occasional outdoor duties such as lot and pump upkeep.
