Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of experience as a department manager.
• Strong track record of high achievement in school/work.

• Collaborate with regional and store leadership to gain exposure to retail operations.
• Perform project work to support store operations and leadership development.
