Responsibilities

• Undergo department-specific on-the-job training and develop leadership, financial, and management skills.
• Collaborate with Department Manager and Store Partners to apply training and learn Department Manager tasks.
• Assist with achieving store financial objectives and manage merchandising plans.
• Train, coach, and develop fellow Partners; assist with staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, and loss prevention practices.
• Respond to business needs and perform other duties as requested.
