Buckle in Clackamas Town Center, Happy Valley, OR is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver the Buckle guest experience. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, training, and daily operations.

This role advances from AIT to full leadership, with responsibilities in recruiting Teammates, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
