Job summary

Holman is accepting applications for the Retail Leadership Development Program in North Carolina. The RLDP is a flagship rotational experience designed to build a robust pipeline of leaders across dealership functions, including lot operations, service advising, inventory management, sales leadership, and more.

Over 2½ years, participants gain hands-on experience and leadership coaching to prepare for future leadership opportunities within Holman.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, student organizations, athletics, volunteer work, campus leadership roles, military service, or part-time employment.
• Strong interest in leadership, retail operations, customer experience, and business management.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Rotational Experience: Participants rotate through 10+ roles including Lot Attendant, Service Advisor, Inventory Manager, Sales Consultant, Finance Consultant, and Sales Manager.
• Structured Development: Each rotation includes learning objectives, evaluations, and leadership coaching.
• Leadership Exposure: Participants engage in stretch projects, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to build business acumen and leadership readiness.
• Travel locally as needed between assigned dealership locations and rotational assignments.
