Job summary

Holman in North Carolina is seeking candidates for its Retail Leadership Development Program (RLDP), a flagship rotational experience designed to build leaders with a 360° view of Retail operations.

Over 2½ years, participants rotate through roles such as Lot Attendant, Service Advisor, Inventory Manager, Sales Consultant, Finance Consultant, and Sales Manager, with structured development and coaching.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership through internships, student orgs, athletics or volunteer roles.
• Strong interest in leadership, retail operations, customer experience and business management.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking and decisive decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as operations require.
• Ability to travel locally between Raleigh/Cary and other dealer locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a flagship rotational program across 10+ dealership roles.
• Engage in structured development objectives, evaluations and coaching.
• Contribute to strategic planning and cross-functional projects.
