Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Associate's degree in plumbing can replace the bachelor's requirement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to learn across multiple departments
• Ability to work in warehouse, office, and customer-facing environments
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Willing to relocate upon program completion. Placement location is determined in partnership with the associate based on business need and individual strengths. Relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing and Leadership development.
• Gain broad exposure to how the business operates across Central North Carolina.
• Develop customer partnerships and vendor relationships during the program.
