Job summary

Walmart in Ocala, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop high-performing teams. You will coach associates, drive store sales, manage budgets, and ensure customer service excellence across store operations.

You will implement company change initiatives, train staff, and promote a culture of belonging while maintaining EDLP/EDLC business models and engaging with the local community.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and/or state eligibility requirements may be needed for certain facilities.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy/Open Door, etc.).
