Qualifications

• Two years of college completed.
• 1 year experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year experience in inventory control, accounting, claims, or loss prevention in a multi-department environment.
• 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area.
• Criminal background check and/or firearms training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through merchandising, pricing, signage and clean displays.
• Lead and develop associates through training, feedback and coaching.
• Control loss and manage inventory accuracy with investigations as needed.
• Ensure store safety programs and incident prevention.
• Coordinate claims, receiving and asset protection processes across locations.
