Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is offering a Sales and Management Internship in a fast-paced retail environment in Columbia, SC.

You will work closely with Store Management to learn Buckle’s operations and management principles while performing sales, merchandising, and store duties. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork; you may engage in cashiering, displays, and establishing an organized, guest-friendly store.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training required for the internship.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education, sharing that knowledge with the Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
