Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is offering a Sales and Management Intern position aimed at delivering an exceptional shopping experience for Guests. Interns support sales, merchandising and daily store operations, working closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and management paths.

Interns assist with cashiering, displays, POS procedures, and routine store cleaning, while developing skills across service, sales goals, and leadership responsibilities in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year degree in a relevant field; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Assist with merchandise displays and store operations.
• Learn Buckle’s customer service expectations and sales processes.
