You will learn Buckle’s customer-service standards, assist with sales goals, and work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and leadership expectations. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree, eager to learn, and committed to a long-term internship experience.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university in a relevant field of study; no prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service guests to create a legendary Buckle experience.
• Assist with merchandising, display, and store operations.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing teammates.
• Maintain store standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
