Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern in Texas to support guest service, merchandising, and store operations.

You will work closely with store management to learn Buckle’s retail business and management principles while gaining hands-on experience in sales execution, customer engagement, and teamwork. Qualified candidates pursue a four-year degree, are eager to develop leadership skills, and are available for a part-time internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training necessary.
• Interested in long‑term commitment with Buckle.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with questions, product location, and purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising and support store operations.
• Open and close cash registers and handle basic POS tasks.
• Contribute to a positive floor culture and recruit and train teammates.
