Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern in Colorado Springs to support store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will work with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and what it takes to excel in management.

The role involves cashiering, merchandise display, register procedures, and other duties tied to daily store operations, with an emphasis on learning and leadership development. Internship offers comprehensive benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field; no prior experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete Teammate Orientation, Beginning Leadership, and Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring sections of the Buckle Management Manual.
• Provide weekly reports and progress updates to the Area Manager and District Manager.
• Develop an understanding of Buckle’s products, sales presentation and merchandising process.
• Put knowledge into action by managing a product category and setting sales goals.
• Lead and motivate the team by tracking the department or company tool through Performance Tracker.
• Fulfill mission by performing duties with high customer service and contributing to a positive team spirit.
