Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking individuals for Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager roles in Altoona. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, train Teammates, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This role focuses on leadership development, merchandising excellence, and operational execution across all store areas, with emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer service.
• Recruit and develop Teammates through training and coaching.
• Plan sales goals with Store Manager and contribute to budgeted targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to Buckle standards.
• Participate in daily setup, training, and leadership activities.
