Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industries preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Own and track store sales metrics and drive target attainment.
• Manage daily store operations including staffing, cash handling, and compliance.
