• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; 5+ direct reports supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Promote a belonging mindset and provide recognition while communicating expectations.
• Lead teams through store operations, initiatives, and change efforts.
• Manage customer service standards and resolve issues to ensure a high quality experience.
• Review P&L, budgeting, and control of expenses; monitor inventory and merchandising.
