Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a store supervisor/lead to oversee associates, drive sales, and ensure excellent client experiences. You will train teams, manage schedules and inventory, and uphold brand standards across in-store and Omni-channel activities.

The role emphasizes coaching, policy adherence, and collaboration with Store Managers to meet business objectives and maintain a safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales or customer service experience.
• 1+ year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support associates' daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive KPIs.
• Engage, train and develop teams; recruit to build a strong candidate network.
• Ensure execution of company processes including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Manage store inventory, payroll hours, and scheduling; ensure proper opening/closing procedures.
• Protect assets and ensure safety, compliance with policies and procedures.
