Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) / Assistant Manager in Round Rock, Texas. This role combines leadership with hands-on sales, merchandising and operations responsibilities to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, provide leadership, and train staff. The position progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties as experience grows.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating and selecting merchandise based on their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and return procedures.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards even when managers are away.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of Teammates.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
