Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Roseville, CA is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandise execution, and daily operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide effective leadership on the sales floor. The role offers a base pay of $17–$21 per hour with base plus commission for sales, along with health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA/FSA options, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide legendary service to Guests and meet sales goals
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is preferred
• Willingness to recruit, train, and develop Teammates across shifts

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet Guests, answer questions, and recommend merchandise
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: identify recruitment opportunities and coach new Teammates
• Visual Merchandise Management: own product placement and weekly visual standards
• Operations: manage flexible schedule, perform POS procedures, and follow LP guidelines
• Supervisory and Leadership: provide feedback, support leadership, and maintain professional conduct throughout shifts
