Job summary

Buckle seeks an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager for High Plains Shopping Center, Sterling, CO. You will help deliver the best guest experience, manage sales, merchandising and operations under the Store Manager. Collaborate with the Leadership Team and train teammates to uphold Buckle standards.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a pay range of $17-$20 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll have chances to advance within Store Leadership as duties expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior retail experience beneficial.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.
• Leadership potential and ability to train teammates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary customer service.
• Lead sales, merchandising and daily store operations.
• Support Store Manager and Leadership Team; assist in training and recruiting.
