The role involves sales, merchandising, and daily store operations, including recruiting, training, and leading Teammates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage customer interactions, and maintain high standards of presentation and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail environments preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates daily.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and product education.

Responsibilities
