OluKai Store leadership role in Irvine, under Archipelago Companies, seeking a responsible, outgoing, and culturally minded individual to welcome customers and deliver a premium brand experience. The position includes store opening/closing duties, POS operation, and back-of-house support.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for premium products and fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership or key holder role.
• Availability for at least three shifts per week (4–8 hours).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Independent work ethic with good time management and organization.
• Positive attitude and high integrity.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver a remarkable OluKai brand experience.
• Open and close the store, manage keys and security.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when required.
• Back-of-house tasks including receiving, processing product, and restocking.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Use POS systems to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the brand at local events and giveback programs.
