See’s Candies is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Supervisor to guide the sales team and ensure smooth shop operations. You will mentor staff, drive sales initiatives, maintain top-tier customer service, and oversee daily store activities in coordination with the Shop Manager.

You will lead by example, develop a high-performing team, manage cash procedures, and ensure adherence to visual standards and company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills, strong cash handling, and merchandising ability.
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Proven sales-driven performance and ability to grow the business.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change.
• Physical ability to perform essential duties (standing, packing, stocking, lifting up to 25 pounds).
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the retail team to provide a sales- and customer-focused environment.

• Assist with cash handling procedures and safeguarding assets.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Support inventory management and communicate needs and trends to management.
• Submit payroll and administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned.
