See's Candies is seeking a Retail Shop Manager to lead our busy shop and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will supervise a dedicated team, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to See's guidelines and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, cash handling and merchandising skills.
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop's team with a sales-focused, customer-centric environment.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate and implement company direction, policies, programs.
• Delegate tasks and ensure team compliance with follow-up.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team.
• Drive recruitment and selection of qualified candidates.
• Ensure cash handling and banking procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and weekly payroll.
