Qualifications

• Requires minimum one year of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Background check required, including criminal history and sex offender registry.
• Strong communication with management, staff, customers and donors.
• Ability to sit/stand/move as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, POS operations, inventory and donations.
• Manage day-to-day operations in absence of Store/Assistant Manager; coordinate with District Sales Manager.
• Monitor KPIs to drive sales and profitability per budget and goals.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage; lead morning meetings; provide coaching and training.
• Ensure high customer and donor satisfaction and maintain positive community relations.
• Support Back Room Processing and supervise Beneficiaries when Work Therapy assignments exist.
• Maintain cash handling security and safe funds; ensure alarms and onsite security.
• Complete all tasks assigned by District Sales Manager and Command Retail Directors.
