Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is hiring a full-time Retail Lead Generator to represent us inside major retail partner locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This territory-based role requires evening/weekend availability and travel between stores, with bi-weekly meetings at the Southlake office.

You will engage customers about home-comfort needs, schedule HVAC service appointments, and support sales teams. Training is provided; HVAC experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Open availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel regularly between retail locations within an assigned DFW territory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Start friendly conversations about customers’ HVAC and home-comfort needs.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for service and sales teams.
• Enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and management.
