ARS-Rescue Rooter in Stoughton, MA seeks a Retail Alliance Lead Generation Program – Team Manager to lead our Boston market lead generation team, splitting time between the Stoughton office and retail partner stores.

You will hire, train, coach, and manage a team of lead generators, drive KPIs and conversion metrics, provide hands-on coaching in-store, and collaborate with store leadership to maximize staffing, engagement, and results across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of lead generators or similar staff.
• Demonstrated success leading a performance-driven team and improving measurable results.
• Experience using KPIs, dashboards, conversion metrics, and staffing data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance and day-to-day operation of the Retail Alliance Lead Generation Program throughout the Boston market.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and develop a team of retail lead generators.
• Establish clear expectations for productivity, professionalism, attendance, customer engagement, and lead quality.
• Spend significant time inside retail partner stores providing hands-on coaching and performance support.
• Observe employee interactions and provide immediate, practical feedback to improve engagement and results.
