ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Wareham, MA. You will engage customers in a retail setting, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations, earning uncapped commissions.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required; we are seeking people who are comfortable talking with shoppers.
• Sales-minded individuals with retail, kiosk, or door-to-door experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts; reliable transportation and weekend availability are important.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in line with applicable law.

Responsibilities
