Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Boston is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the in-home sales team and oversee the Retail Alliance Lead Generation Program across the greater Boston market. You will report to the branch General Manager and provide leadership during the Sales Manager’s days off, while driving performance and coaching.

The role involves managing partnerships, scheduling, coaching, and achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and coaching an in-home sales team.
• Experience interviewing, selecting, hiring, onboarding, and managing sales pros.
• Experience managing retail lead generators and relationships with store leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support performance and day-to-day operations of the in-home sales department.
• Provide coverage during branch Sales Manager's days off.
• Train, coach, and develop sales reps; conduct coaching sessions and reviews.
• Monitor sales results, KPI, conversion, revenue; identify gaps.
• Oversee Retail Alliance Lead Generation Program and partnerships.
