ARS-Rescue Rooter in West Roxbury, MA is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers in retail stores, generate qualified HVAC/plumbing service leads, and schedule in-home consultations. No HVAC experience required, training provided, and both part-time and full-time roles available.

You will earn hourly pay with uncapped commissions and be part of a growing national home-services company focused on customer care and solution selling.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• As an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator, you will:
• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
