Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, well-organized store and lead in the absence of store management. You will assist customers, operate a cash register, stock merchandise, and help create displays while focusing on profitability and asset protection.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, safety awareness, and teamwork as you support store operations across shifts. This position offers hands-on responsibility in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform cash handling and operate cash register.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment and make change.
• Follow processes to receive, unpack, stock, rotate merchandise, and build displays.
• Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop floors, and assist with sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager direction.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
