Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and rotate merchandise, and help implement planograms.

In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you lead the team and ensure smooth store operations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, safety awareness, and basic math.

Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Operate cash register and handle payments.
• Stock and rotate merchandise following planograms.
• Clean and maintain store cleanliness.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and build displays, restock and rotate per planograms.
• Clean the store; take out trash; mop floors; clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager instructions.
• Perform duties of Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in their absence.
