Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and follow store policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and handle payments.
• Stock merchandise and rotate displays; assist in planogram execution.
• Keep store clean and manage housekeeping tasks.
• Open/close the store under Store Manager guidance.
• Assume leadership duties in the absence of store leadership.
