Job summary

Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions.

This role drives sales, maintains merchandising presentation, and supports store objectives in an hourly position. You will greet customers warmly, build relationships, apply suggestive selling techniques, and help create a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and provide personalized service.
• Ability to utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales.
• Accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Comfortable with technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
